Please complete the following forms, print and return to registrar by September 19, 2022  We have an AHG deadline of September 30 for all registration. If you're registration is not complete, we will not be able to have you join the troop. Please reach out if you have any questions!!!

Health and Medical Form.pdf: 1 for every girl and every adult registered member   (you can fill out on your computer and then print)

AHG High Adventure Activity Medical Form.pdf: recommended for girls and adults at the Pioneer and Patriot level.  Required for any climbing, ziplining, ropes or backpacking activity. CVS Minute Clinics can administer the required physicals if you don't have an already scheduled pediatric appointment this fall.  The form is good for 1 year.
